Interface architecture, design token system, and iconography for an experimental spatial operating system on visionOS and desktop.

Forma is a spatial canvas that treats software windows not as rectangles, but as physical typography and dimensional planes. We designed the fundamental OS design language and a 200+ icon symbol set.
Existing spatial UI relied heavily on heavy blur and drop shadows. Forma needed to feel light, instantaneous, and typography-first.
Ultra-lean 1px vector lines, high-contrast light-on-dark palettes, and micro-animations that communicate state changes within 120 milliseconds.
